Mark was very thorough and is a wonderful person. He made selling my Aunt's house easy. Mark answered an email I place on the internet. After I went through my aunt's belongings, he suggested Clean Slate Company to come and discard the remaining unwanted furniture, boxes, and garbage. He also suggested what items to fix in the house and what furniture to keep to stage the home. He also helped me put up blinds and assisted with lifting. Once listed, he set up open houses on two weekends. We were able to obtain a buyer and he was the point of contact for the entire process. He explain the process, help me to obtain a lawyer and checked on the home when I could not. He answer phone calls and emails immediate and always was able to help and advise. He definitely went above and beyond the make the sale of the house as easy as possible.
