Im originally from Bergen County, New Jersey across the Hudson River from New York City, hence my 201 cell phone number. Once our kids grew up and followed their own life goals, my husband Dennis and I decided to pursue our personal dream by calling the Jersey Shore our forever home. Today we live on the Barnegat Bay with a beautiful view of Long Beach Island on our horizon. We feel so fortunate to be living this dream, that more than two decades ago, I made it my passion to help others turn their dreams into reality. I was first licensed as an agent with the NJ Real Estate Commission in November, 1983. In 1985, after attending comprehensive training classes, I received my Brokers license from the same Commission. I worked as an agent in a family owned company, T.F. Byrne & Co., Inc., and started managing a branch office in 1985. In 1992 I purchased the company and have been working as the President and Broker of Record since that date. In 2018, the structure of the company changed, and I opened B. Fitzgerald Realty Inc., and am doing business as ERA Byrne Realty.

Steve has been a full-time Realtor® since 2006, and in 2008 my wife, Joanne, joined my team. Over the years, we’ve loved helping people find that special property — whether it’s their dream home or the start of a new adventure.
