Pam Douglas

As of now, I am in the middle of my third real estate transaction with Pam Douglas. I have found her to be professional, attentive and knowledgeable. My current home, is about 4400 square feet and will be the highest sale price in the area in the last 8 years. It was Pam who advised me to list at a price higher than I would have expected. My home sold in one day. I realize that the market is hot, but it was Pams experience that got me a higher price. As a business owner, I am very busy. Pam has meet with contractors to make repairs and improvements to my home in my absence. When my house sold, I went into panic mode as my new house is quite far from finished. Pam was able to present me with three short term rental options. I honestly cannot come up with a negative comment about Pam. She has always been available when I need her. She is very responsive. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She is the only realtor that I will use when selling my properties.

Pam is an amazing realtor. I was selling my father's home in an area I knew nothing about, but with Pam I found the skilled listener and negotiator, with very in-depth knowledge of the local markets that I needed. Pam knew how to market the house, with beautiful pictures and staging. Within a couple of weeks the house sold, but there were buyer financing hiccups that had nothing to do with Pam, and she quickly put the house back on the market and it sold within a couple of weeks. Pam knew exactly what to do and at no point in this stressful process did her dedication to selling the property waiver. Pam remained calm and confident through all of the bumps we encountered along the way, and in turn I stayed positive through the entire process - right down to helping get the heat turned on nearly in the middle of the night! Pam truly is one of kind and unbelievably hardworking, smart, and dedicates. I would definitely recommend Pam to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

This is the second time we have had Pam represent us in a real estate transaction, and if the need ever were to arise we would list our home with her in a heartbeat.

Pam worked with me to find a house that met all of my needs. She helped ease my worries when they arose, she answered many questions, she took my phone calls whenever I needed something and she recommended a fantastic home inspector. It was great working with Pam in buying my home. She still will call and check and make sure everything is going well! I am so thankful for her hard work and attention to detail throughout this process. There were many times where I had no idea what was going on, but I felt comfortable because I always knew that Pam did and she would take the time to explain it to me! I would highly recommend using Pam when buying your next home!
