I bought my first house/land from Don. He met with me time after time for a long time. Don has a very calm and easy-going personality which made him so easy to talk to. I was a first-time home buyer, and young and he helped me understand what I was looking for and what I wasnt looking for. He drove me all over the place looking at land and houses. He was always honest and he was very responsive. From time to time I would ask Don questions after I bought my house-years after, and he would still write to me, talk to me, and meet with me. Now, 12 years later, I am looking to see my house and move elsewhere. I have been drilling him with questions and he STILL is so responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Don Goudreau.

Don was very professional in the way he handled my certain situation, selling a property out of state was difficult enough but Don made it very very easy.

Don was the first person to contact me when I applied to see if I was eligible for a home loan which led me to see what he had to offer for services. After seeing how he was constantly ahead of the rest of the market made me feel very fortunate to do business with him. He then recommended the lender I chose to go with where which showed me he only dealt with professionals. The process from start to finish for my first home was such a joy with all that I learned from him and his years of experience that I'm almost yearning there were more problems so I could've seen how he navigates them. I can honestly say if feels like having your best friend help you buy a home when having Don as your realtor. In my humble opinion, he's the Greatest Realtor of All Time!

I had a feeling he was more for the buyer than me. I purchased the house as is condition and that’s what I tried to sell it the same way but he gave me the impression he wanted his commission no matter what. I kept getting request to fix all the buyers wanted so I put my foot down and said they can look elsewhere. I owned 5 houses in the past and this is the first time I felt uncomfortable. He was friendly and all but I never felt he had my interest in mind just his commission
