After earning my license, I quickly helped over 20 individuals achieve homeownership and purchased two investment properties of my own, gaining firsthand experience from the client’s side. Eager to grow, I joined PJ Morgan, believing a strong brokerage name would elevate my career. But I soon realized real estate isn’t about the name... it’s about people, ethics, and the right support system.
