Emerging from the car industry into real estate has been a process for Susan Spady.
She started as part time assistance staff at the Adams County Assessor’s Office, updating non-profit properties and then working at the Register of Deeds as the online service was becoming available. She obtained her Registered Property Appraiser License in 2008. In 2009, Susan was the Office Manager for Home Real Estate, and finally on to a Title Insurance Searcher and Office Manager for Adams Land and Title Company. All the pieces of a puzzle added to Sales Associate. In 2010 after becoming a sales agent she joined Re/Max First Choice, that became Hastings First Choice and today is known as NEBRASKA Realty. With the support and helpful instruction through company staff and patience of a great Broker, Susan has gained valuable experience helping first time home buyers, seasoned buyers with both residential and commercial properties. Susan was amazing in helping us sell our house. She came by the weekend we were in town and looked over the property. Susan came prepared with the comps and other paper work for us to sign if we went with her as our agent. She gave it straight to us and let us know what she would do for us to sell this house.
