With more than a decade in real estate and experience contributing to over 1,400 successful transactions, Jim brings an unusual depth of knowledge to buyers and sellers. Before becoming a full-time Realtor, he spent nearly nine years as one of the regions most productive Inside Sales Agents. Jim specializes in helping first-time buyers, move-up buyers, relocations, and homeowners preparing to sell. His approach combines local market knowledge, strong negotiation, responsiveness, and straightforward advice so clients can make confident decisions without feeling pressured. Originally from Roseau, Minnesota, Jim moved to Fargo in 1999 to attend NDSU, earning a Business degree before later completing an MBA and becoming a Graduate Gemologist. He also worked with USAID in Afghanistan from 20112012, an experience that strengthened his commitment to service and helping people.
