Andrea Wilhelm

Andrea is the owner and founder of The Art of Southern Realty. Raised in Ohio’s Amish Country, she learned the values of honesty, integrity, and service early on. After earning a B.A. in Business Finance from the University of Florida, she joined Florida National Bank’s management training program. Following several years in banking, she took time off to raise her children. In 1993, Andrea and her husband, Allen, moved their family to Greensboro/Summerfield, where they found their forever home. In 2004, Andrea earned her real estate license and was named “Rookie of the Year.” The next year, she launched Andrea Wilhelm & Associates, earning multiple national and regional awards and leading Keller Williams Greensboro’s top team from 2012–2016. In 2017, she founded The Art of Southern Realty, combining faith, integrity, and expertise. Andrea gives God the glory for her success and strives daily to serve clients with heart and purpose.
