There are all different levels of realtors out there. I got lucky and chose the right one. I recently bought a home in Holly Springs with Bill's help. Like a great realtor he walked me through every step of the way. He continued to call me even after we moved in to make sure we were happy with every little detail. That's a great realtor, but it doesn't stop there. What makes the difference is what he did behind the scenes... At the time we were selling another home out of the area. Unfortunately we hired the wrong realtor to handle the sale. First we ended up selling below market value but that realtor also went on vacation at the time of the closing without finishing up all the paperwork. It was Bill Cobey that made the calls and got us through it. He didn't have to... but he did. Be careful what realtor you choose and make sure Bill is your first call.
