Sandra Savage

My husband & I relocated from the North Fork of LI, NY to North Carolina in '06 after having over 20 years experience as the principle of a land use consulting firm. I have worked for national home builders, developers & attorneys, appearing before town boards to obtain subdivision & building approvals for the development of residential projects. I am a lifelong horse person, & I own and operate Quiet Meadow Farm, a hunter/jumper farm, along with my husband, professional horse trainer Robert Savage. After relocating to NC in 2006, I decided to work selling real estate. The combination of my experience with land use along with my strong work ethic, gives me the knowledge and ability to walk you through your transaction as easily as possible. Since 2012 until present I am extremely proud to be a member of the Raleigh Association of Realtors TOP PRODUCERS COUNCIL. I opened my own firm fall of 2023 after being a partner in a larger, national franchised firm.
