After several years of marriage, we opened a "mom and pops" land development company. For 17 years Scott handled all aspects of subdivision planning, road construction, lot improvements, and sales. Cherie was responsible for marketing, finance, and contract to closing coordination. Due to the demand for new affordable housing in the area, we also began residential speculative building and handled all levels of construction from dirt to doorknobs. I have a knack for the outdoors and enjoy everything that our area has to offer. Fishing and mountain biking are my two fundamental hobbies; however, spending time with my family is by far my favorite thing to do. I obtained my BA from Western Carolina University in 2011; I then attended Cumbie and Trull School of Real Estate to obtain my real estate license.
