Cindy Nice has been in the real estate business all her life. Cindy's father was a well known and respected builder and developer in the Tidewater Virginia area. Her passion for real estate started in the early childhood years when she accompanied her father on his job sites. She attended Christopher Newport University and received a BS degree in Information Science. With a degree under her belt, she went to work for Nice Brothers, Inc. (her father's company). It was there where she learned the ins and outs of residential construction and the land development business. In 1992, Cindy formed a residential construction company and went out on her own. 18 year later and after building and selling hundreds of homes, Cindy's passion for real estate is stronger than ever.
