She began her career in the 90s with start-up businesses, and brought that learning into top 50 Fortune businesses, working directly with boards, helping CEOs rethink their business, bringing start-up mentality and growth back into their business DNA. She moved from the UK in '96, and has lived in DC, CA, FL and in NC since 2005.

Caleb Phillips is a Western North Carolina native whose deep knowledge of the area and passion for real estate investing led him to found Lusso Realty in 2018. Since then, he's helped people all over WNC achieve their goals of buying and selling real estate while delivering a level of white glove service. He's been married for twelve blissful years to Dominique, and they have two sons named Ryder and Atlas. In his spare time, he enjoys relaxing with family and volunteering at Elevation Church.

After several years of marriage, we opened a "mom and pops" land development company. For 17 years Scott handled all aspects of subdivision planning, road construction, lot improvements, and sales. Cherie was responsible for marketing, finance, and contract to closing coordination. Due to the demand for new affordable housing in the area, we also began residential speculative building and handled all levels of construction from dirt to doorknobs. We now offer our extensive experience in all facets of real estate to our buyer and seller clients in Transylvania, Henderson, & Polk counties.
