Sue convinced me that she was the right. person to sell my home and she executed on that exceptionally well. She responded to all my questions in a timely manner and had resources available to manage all the requirements of the complex activities of selling a house. She was always right there to provide the support and directions to make the sale as painless as possible. I high recommend Sue Williams to anyone who is doing real estate deals and needs guidance and support. As well as dealing with the mechanics of the process she was most supportive of the emotional disruption caused by dislocating after 40+ years in a beautiful and convenient location with lots of space.

Sue is the best. I found her online as I was looking to expore properties in the Greenville, NC area. Sue responded immediately to my online request for an agent. I felt very comfortable with her on the phone as she has a great personality and was very knowledgeable. I went to Greenville and met Sue on 08/24/25. We looked at numerous properties, and Sue introduced me to the area as I am from Texas. I didn;t find anything that day, but Sue continued to send me listings, keep in touch, and facilitate options. She went above and beyond to get answers to my questions ,and despite several dead ends, she never gave up the search for the requirements I wanted in a house. I closed on a house in Winterville on 02/11/26. I feel very lucky to have found Sue, and would hightly recommend her.
