Robbin Smith

I had to call Robbin a few weeks after our house closed this year and thank her for everything she did. There were a few bumps along the way that she was able to use her expertise to handle and my family and I are so grateful. She knows the area and has a crew to help with any issues that come up with inspections. I can't say enough.....

I was a Builder in NC and Robbin was my Realtor. She was out early in the mornings with me watching footings get poured and learning the business. My houses never sat on the market and she would go behind my guys to make sure things were right with the house before the buyer did a punch list. She's a hard worker and knows were stuff. I wish she was with me in Minnesota.

Robbin found my family and I a home quickly when we were living in a hotel. She lined up a great lender and stayed in touch with them throughout the process. She made sure we closed on time and everything went perfectly. My wife started crying we closed because she was so happy.

My house sold during the Pandemic thanks for Robbin and her marketing skills. She was able to help with some minor renovation work to get the house on the market. She even helped me after the closing and set me up with an attorney. She's a go getter and loves her job.

Robbin is very professional and wiling to see outside of the box. She is very diligent and knows the area well. She has helped me with several rental properties and I find her knowledge valuable.
