I combine my real estate licensing with over 3 decades of exposure to residential construction and remodeling. I feel strongly that this benefits clients both as buyers and/or sellers. My introduction to the building trade was right out of high school working for my father (A family owned business) painting waterfront and other exclusive homes. In 2009, I joined my wife in a small family brokerage, both as Broker/Owners. I continue this independence as sole broker/owner of Carolina4Sale. My primary service area is Rowan County and Salisbury NC. I provide the same extensive services for all my clients that my father expected me to provide for his. While he has been gone for many years, I still reflect on the valuable work ethics and respect for people he taught me.
