It was quite a culture shock to move as a teenager to Hickory, North Carolina from western Connecticut. However, upon graduating in 1989 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and serving multiple tours out of Camp Lejeune I came to realize that eastern North Carolina was home. As a Marine, my family and I moved multiple times until we settled in Cedar Point, North Carolina in 2004. When I retired from the Marine Corps in 2012, my wife and I knew this was the place to dig in roots and raise our three kids. We love the sense of community, excellent schools, the beach and the great people that live here. I've invested in real estate since 1991 working with agents buying and selling my own properties and became a broker to use my experience to help others navigate the process of real estate sales. I believe homeownership is a great way to a more secure financial future and hope to assist as many people as possible in achieving that goal.
