This guy really knows his stuff! Michael was very knowledgeable and his negotiation skills are A1! I hadn’t bought a house in over 20 years and had never built one and things are a lot different now, he was just a phone call away in every aspect of the building process. He attended all but one of the meetings we were required to have and he had to drive halfway across the country to get to all of them lol! Such a great help at the design studio. My first contact with Michael was in response to an inquiry “contact the agent” about a property inquiry. Expecting an email back, my phone rang within minutes and Michael introduced himself.
