When I moved here many years ago, my agent did not put me in the right home, and I ended up moving a short time later. Now as a relo specialist, the most important thing for buyers is to get the right property, not just to get one at any cost! We have expertise selling luxury listings as well as neighborhood homes and condo/townhomes all over the region. Iknow and work with almost all of the new home builders, and have years of experience in 55+ sales. I formed Homes With Cachet to be different from "big box" brokers - we still provide amazing service and tech while offering a great one on one experience for each client!
