Joy really is...a joy! Three years ago while relocating from Miami to Charlotte, she was referred to us by a family member who had found their home thru her. While going under contract on a house we loved, Joy suggested making our contract contingent upon a successful survey based on what she had heard about the builder we were working with. Her experience proved invaluable - the survey was a mess with extensive setback issues. Had it not been for Joy's suggestion we would have been stuck in a house with no marketable title.
