I continue to achieve new designations gaining knowledge to work with First Time Buyers, Seniors, Military, Foreclosures & Short Sales 7 financing. I am also a strategic negotiator. I volunteer for local & state Real Estate Associations serving various roles. Some I am most proud of are Association President, 2012, Canopy Housing Foundation Director, 2009-present.
