Fran Lucci and Team has been serving the real estate needs for the Greater Charlotte area since 1995 and relocated from New York. Fran has lived in many places along the east coast, and experienced the ups and downs of relocation. She has worked in a multitude of sales environments in and outside the Real Estate sector. She has experience in new construction, working with first time home buyers, investors, relocation companies from all around the country. She works both as a listing agent and a buyers agent selling single-family homes, multi-plex housing, condominiums, and townhouses. In addition she has experience in short sales and foreclosures in all price ranges, including luxury homes. Fran Lucci & Team are a team of competent salespeople who pride themselves in paying careful attention to detail to avoid problems the typical agent might make, and maintains close contact with all her clients.
