My husband and I would highly recommend Heidi Alexander. She is very knowledgable and experienced about all aspects of buying and selling homes in North Carolina. She responds to inquiries in a timely manner. Although most homes in the area stay on the market about 200 days, we sold our home in one week! We had the difficult job of selling a family home in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. We live in Alabama and my brother lives in Florida. She was very helpful to us in accomplishing the tasks we needed to do, even though we do not live in the area. She is also very personable and empathetic as selling a family home can be an emotional experience.
