Margaret has a vast pool of agents to work with and soon got me a generous offer; however, because of circumstances beyond her control, the sale did not go through at the last minute. By that time I had moved out of the country in the belief that my house was sold. Margaret went to work immediately to secure another buyer and she piloted the sale quickly and efficiently even paying for trash pickup (for the second time) herself ( did pay her back, but it was beyond what a realtor should have to do). she handled the transfer of the money after the sale while I was out of the country in a timely and efficient manner. I couldn't say enough about her to recommend her. She is a superb realtor!

At that point, Margaret quickly put the house back on the market and had it sold within a few days. She managed all the difficulties of the new sale efficiently and in a timely manner, especially with my being out of the country. I could not have chosen a better realtor, and nothing I could say would be enough to say as a high recommendation. She is simply superb.
