Franklin Smith

Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN, I fell in love with the North Carolina mountains while attending Appalachian State University. Since moving to Asheville in 2013, I've become involved locally through the Contra and Swing dance communities. I have 20 years of experience in the building industry as a stonemason, which gives me a wealth of knowledge about home construction. I became a Realtor in 2020, and since then I've worked with a wide spectrum of people throughout the Asheville region. I specialize in both urban and rural residential real estate, from mountain farms to walkable Craftsman bungalows and everything in between. My ultimate goal is to ease your buying and selling process and be your biggest advocate and cheerleader!
