I began my real estate career in 2001 in California with ERA. In 2003, I opened my own brokerage, JEA Realty. Seeking new opportunities, I moved to Montana in 2006, where I established Antelope Realty of Montana. By 2014, I expanded my ventures with the launch of Organic Forces Real Estate, also based in Montana. Prior to his real estate career, Jim gained valuable experience in the corporate sector, which honed his skills in marketing, negotiation, and client relations.
