I have been a licensed salesperson since 1980 and a licensed broker since 1983. I was an owner in the family real estate business for 14 years, I have managed for 2 major brand real estate companies, taught and trained hundreds of new agents and in between have closed more than 1600 home sales. Today 85% of my business comes from past client referrals which I am very proud of. I have served on the Ethics Committee and the Professional Standards Committee at my local real estate board. I would like to think I have done a very good job serving my Clients and Customers for these last 40 years.
