Everything started great. Keith was willing to meet with my friends to show them a house since I was out of state. My friends stated his wife was very helpful when viewing the house. When I wanted to make an offer, he felt it was too low and did not want to present it to the seller. We eventually were able to agree on a price with the seller and that is when Keith’s help really stopped. It was like the deal was done so he was done. There were some delays, not due to my actions, and Keith did not help us nor provide any assistance. Keith was not flexible at all to meet for the keys. And, when I asked for details about what was left, his response was I don’t know might be in a drawer. The last text I sent him, he just didn’t answer. He did not appreciate my business and I would not recommend. He only had to show my friends two houses, one Saturday. He made his money and ghosted me
