Donna K. Joerling, is the owner and broker of The Joerling Group real estate company which opened in 2000. Donna was born and raised in Hermann, Mo. Being raised on a farm, the youngest of six she learned work ethics by working alongside her family in their animal and crop farm operation from sunrise to sunset. Donna worked all four years of high school for the local prosecuting attorney and learned vast amounts of information in Probate and Estate planning in that role. Shortly after high school,Donna began her banking and finance career at Peoples Savings Bank of Rhineland as the administrative assistant to the President of the bank. She managed the lending program. Wanting to increase her career skills, Donna moved with her son Christopher to Washington, Mo where she worked for Mercantile Bank 7 years in town, and then transferred to their downtown St.Louis headquarters. 25 years in banking and financial experience proves invaluable clients in their real estate sales & purchases.

I moved to Lake of the Ozarks in Feb. of 1989 and started in real estate in the early 1990's. Worked for developer of a large retirement community that lead to work with one of the top real estate teams. This taught me the ins and outs of how to run a real estate company and the process of listing and selling homes, condos and even commercial properties. I've raised my family here and have enjoyed every minute. Lake life offers a wonderful life style.

I LOVE where I live and thoroughly enjoy helping other people achieve their goals of owning property here at the Lake of the Ozarks. Moved here in 1999 by myself and have learned quite a bit. I am very involved in the community and our real estate board. I have been a broker for about 25 years and continue to educate myself receiving the ABR, GRI and RSES designations which help me keep on top of things for my clients. I earned my real estate license in early 2018, purchased the office in 2019, and became Designated Broker in 2020. Our office affiliated with Weichert, Realtors in 2021. I served as Vice President of the Lake of the Ozarks Board of Realtors in 2022, President in 2023, and graduated from the Missouri Realtors Leadership Academy that same year. Serving as a State Director for Missouri Realtors for 2024-2025. I remain a dedicated advocate for the Lake of the Ozarks and it's communities.
