I was impressed with Cheri the first time we met. She had a very sharp knowledge of things, we had our home sale fall through three times, the two prior times our other realtor didn't get the earnest money for us or the survey money. Cheri, had a knowledge of how that could happen and she did get the earnest money when the sale fell through, but she did manage to sell it for us. She was a great communicator and was honest and upfront about the home, I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Cheri is a fiercely loyal, brutal negotiator, and your best advocate. We used Cheri to buy a home, the entire process took close to six months. She took us out to see 20+ homes and we ended up buying a home with "issues". Even though the home was selling "as-is" Cheri clobbered the other side until they negotiated both on price, repairs, and other concessions that normally are devoid in such contracts. On the softer side, she also help cast vision of what a home can be (rehabbing) and give you all the necessary info to steer clear of disasters. Don't hesitate to use her, we'll be recommending anyone who needs a realtor to her.
