Bill represented us well as the seller of our property. Bill did a great job. Only because market was a buyers market, was it on the market for 8 months. We ended up taking a loss in our property but it was no fault of our agent. He was honest and up upfront with us throughout and led us to a sale we could live with. We would like to have gotten more but the market was simply saturated. I would recommend him to represent anyone.
