I started Hallblade Realty in 2006 because I enjoy the freedom of helping clients on my own terms. As an independent broker, I am personally invested in my clients success. I strive to offer an exceptional real estate experience, while my clients put thousands more in their pockets when selling. Prior to starting my real estate company in 2006, I spent time on the mortgage side of the business. I also have personal experience with investment properties and rehab projects around the Twin Cities since 1997, so I can offer a depth of experience to assist clients with their diverse goals. Having experienced real estate from all angles, I have a knack for helping clients land great opportunities. I live in the Lake Minnetonka area, where I enjoy spending time with my wife and our son.
