Carolyn Lien

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2002 in Minnesota and 2005 in Wisconsin. I am an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative, SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certifed) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). This means that I have taken extra real estate continuing education classes in all of these areas to better serve my clients. Real estate is about relationship building. I love finding out what my buyers and sellers goals are. There's alot that goes in to buying and/or selling a property and I am there to guide you through the process. I am knowledgable in the field and make sure that I represent my clients best interests. I love helping people and there is nothing more gratifying than at closing seeing big smiles on my clients faces. In my spare time I am an avid reader, I like to excercise and have recently started running with a goal of doing a 5K in the near future. I also have 4 amazing grandchildren that I love spending time.
