LeeAnn is very calm and easy to work with. I had not used an agent before and she needed to hold my hand to keep me from going off the track with the worry of this and that. I do feel she knows our area and market. She wants to have you involved and to make some of the choices. I did try to do most of what they wanted me to do, to make marketing the house better for all of us. If I was thinking something different LeeAnn would share her thoughts, in the end, it is still the seller who makes the final decision. She was very good about staying in touch with me through calls, texts, or e-mails.
