Joe was the perfect realtor for us. He helped us every step of the way and was available at all times for any questions, especially basically available 24/7 during critical times in the process. Joe's years of experience, track record and knowledge of our market was exceptional. Joe was dedicated to getting us the best offers in a timely fashion and we sold the same day the house was listed. He stayed in contact with us via phone, email and text. We would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to sell a house. We would definitely use Joe again if we were to sell another home.

Although Joe acted in a pleasant ,friendly manner , and helped me sell my house, I was disappointed by the way he approached his commission . In our initial discussion , he AGREED with the amount of money he would receive ,but toward the end and without discussion , he chose to represent BOTH the seller( me) but ALSO the buyer and arbitrarily , without discussion with me, increased his previously agreed upon buyer’s commission , indicating suddenly by text that “they are getting it” ( presumably referring to other local buyers ) I have to wonder if that might have been his financial plan all along What he did might be legal,, but I think it was self aggrandizing and wrong .i think he took advantage of his position. I remain disappointed and will be hesitant to recommend him for future real estate selling opportunities
