We can't say too many good things about working with Nicoli! He made the process of buying a home so easy, painless and fun — which, in a very crowded market, is really saying something. We ended up finding the perfect house for our growing family and could not have put the pieces together without his guidance and his excellent referrals for everything from mortgage brokers to insurance agents. Everything about our experience was organized, informative and as stress-free as possible. Highly recommended!

Nicoli did an incredible job helping us to sell our condo and purchase our new home. He was always at the ready for showings and very receptive to our needs and wants in our home search. This review won’t even do Nicoli Holm justice. Nicoli is one of the most caring, understanding, thoughtful, thorough, well-connected, and diligent realtors (and persons!) I have ever met. We met with Nicoli after deciding to move to the Minneapolis area from Austin, TX as he came highly recommended from some friends. Nicoli was incredibly responsive, even at odd times of day and night, and made us feel like he had everything under control—even when we felt like it could turn into chaos! Nicoli even met us virtually through FaceTime to tour houses and, eventually, walk through the house we chose with an inspector because we were still in Austin. Long story cut very short: we moved to Mpls and the house we were set to close on did not work out. During the most stressful time in our lives, Nicoli was more than a realtor, he was our friend. We will definitely use Nicoli’s services again in the future and would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking in the Mpls area.

Nicoli has to be your agent! He's hardworking, honest and always does the right thing. He is proactive, finds creative solutions, and is a master negotiator. You want him in your corner, whether you are buying a new home or selling your current home. Nicoli is very quick to respond and to laugh... great qualities in a Real Estate agent.
