Katey Bean is the CEO, founder, and guiding light of Katey Bean & Company. Katey has been a licensed REALTOR since 2005. In 2020, 2019, and 2018, the Twin Cities Business and Mpls St.Paul Magazine awarded her Super Real Estate Agent. This honor is bestowed using client satisfaction and referral ratings and is only achieved by three percent of REALTORS in the Twin Cities. Katey began her career in mortgage financing where her work ethic, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit pushed her to pursue new ventures within the field of real estate. As a life-long resident of the Twin Cities, Katey can speak to the nuances of all of our great communities. While real estate is her chosen career, it is also her hobby. Katey owns multiple single-family and commercial investment properties through the Minneapolis area and wonders which state or country might be next.
