My name is Chad Luscomb and I am a full-time REALTOR with Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS. We have several offices throughout Minnesota & Wisconsin - I work out of the Mankato, MN office.
I am a full-time REALTOR representing buyers and sellers through real estate transactions. There is no better feeling than seeing happy buyers and sellers at the closing table - and a successful closing is my #1 goal. I use today's technology to help achieve these goals.
I graduated from Fairmont, MN, and have been in the Mankato, MN area since 1998. I have been a REALTOR since October 2002, and a paid on-call Fire Fighter in Mankato since 2011. My wife Angie and I have 2 children Ashlyn and Carter.
