his is the first time in my life that I am writing a review for a realtor; never before have I've been so happy with any realtor and I own numerous properties, I've owned different homes in different states and countries and not once would I give any realtor 5 stars... far from it. Except Ben. If you are looking for an incredibly hard working person who will answer the phone pretty much any time of the day look no further; Ben has been incredibly responsive and on top of every issue we've encountered during the buying/building process of our home. He is very good at solving disputes and helping his client as much as he possibly can. I am not the one to give 5 stars easily but I just could not recommend Ben enough! A big thanks to Ben for helping us buy and build our brand new home!

Ben listed and sold my house in Linden Hills at the end of 2019. As the house was in need of significant repairs and I was not living in the area, Ben and his team also project-managed the repairs, engaging over 10 separate contractors. Ben provided great service - he's knowledgeable, professional and used his many industry contacts to smoothly coordinate the repair work. Further, despite the house being listed at a slow time of the year, it was successfully sold in a very short period of time. I'd very highly recommend Ben and his team!
