After our daughter and son-in-law received excellent service from Randy in buying their home, we knew we wanted Randy when planning our move to Plymouth. We were not disappointed! From start to finish (and beyond), Randy took care of us with genuine concern and professionalism. During our search, it was clear Randy had a keen eye for detail, and didn't shy away from recommending against a home for consideration if he didn't feel it was up to our standards. When we found the perfect home, there were competitive offers, and Randy gave us realistic advice about an offer that allowed us to "win" the home, for which we are very grateful! After the sale, Randy stayed in regular communication through the closing and well after, providing excellent advice on various local service providers. During the height of COVID-19 virus we listed and closed our Condo in 3 weeks. Sold for full price and the price was $25,000 higher than what another realtor recommended. Randy's advice was superb to make this happen. Randy's professionalism, attention to detail and easy access made the selling and moving out of the condo so much less painful. This is the second property we have sold with Randy. In 2008 we listed and sold a home in the worst market in 6 weeks for a great price.

We bought a home with Randy over 10 years ago and had a great experience, so we decided to use him again when it came time to sell. Randy and his assistant, Laura, were awesome from start to finish. As first time sellers we had so many questions, but they were patient and quick to answer each one. Randy knows the market and gives great advice without pushing you in one direction or the other. Laura went above and beyond in setting up necessary repairs, meeting contractors, and even fronting payment since we live out of town. All in all, a great team I'd highly recommend.

Great job helping us coordinate buying & selling and making sure all of the things are lined up. Helped protect us with the inspection to make sure it wasn't a money pit. Also great job helping recommend a great broker to ensure everything is ready for closing. Have referred Randy to 2 friends in the past year, Randy helped one win a bid with his negotiations.
