Liz Kratz

Lizs love for real estate began as a strong interest in architecture, a passion for designing space, and an obsession of looking at properties for sale! Having bought and sold many houses over the years so she learned firsthand what it was like to be a Buyer, and also what makes a great agent. In 2005 she obtained her real estate license, became a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and joined Century 21-Gilderman. In 2016 Liz had the inspiration for Seven Bridges Realty. Liz believes that in having her own company she will continue to serve her clients while also affording a greater impact on the local community thru charitable work and giving. Since Lizs adventure began, she has succeeded in becoming a multi-million dollar producer and has helped many clients traverse confidently in the direction of their dream of buying or selling a home. She is forever grateful for the trust her clients place in her, and goes above and beyond to assist them in their transition.
