He Was there to answer all of my questions and walked me through every step of the closing from listing to the date of the sale. Really made the entire process painless and I would highly recommend him if you are looking to sell.. just about anything.. outstanding sales agent.

Could not ask for a better agent.

Really impressed and happy to have gotten my home sold for $20,000 over asking price and I would recommend Frank to anyone looking to sell quickly. I put emphasis on quickly because I did not expect to get the home sold in such a short amount of time and I had planned on waiting 30+ days to settle with time into a new home. He is very good at keeping you updated on what's going on but the whole process felt a bit rushed (closing took less than 10 minutes) and he was in a hurry to get to another closing at another office. But that's my own personal thought.

Sold for EXACTLY what he told us it would in EXACTLY the time he told us that it would sell n. Outstanding from start to finish frank does not stop until what you hired him to sell is sold.
