Tim Schaub

Tim began his real estate career in 2002 and is now Broker/Owner of Schaub Team Premier Realty. Over the years, he has managed an expansive range of real estate transactions. Schaub Team has had a combined $587+ million in sales and Tim has been recognized by TC Business News as one of 50 Hot Sellers and one of the Region's Top Realtors each year since 2018. He has also been voted the top Red Hot Best by readers of Traverse Magazine for multiple years including most recently in 2024. He specializes in waterfront properties, vacant parcels, and luxury homes. With an excellent understanding of client service, Tim has a great ability to consistently provide the expertise to close even the most challenging real estate deals. Tim is a lifelong resident of Leelanau County. After completing his primary and secondary education at St. Mary's in Lake Leelanau, Tim went on to college where he graduated with an Electronic Engineering degree.
