My name is Julie R. Ball and I am a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Broker and Notary Public from Sterling Heights, Michigan. I've been in the real estate field for over 25 years. I specialize in Foreclosure, Short Sales, REO, Relocation and 50+ Housing. I love my job and thoroughly enjoy getting a chance to meet new people and assist them in solving their real estate needs. I have extensive experience in Bank Owned Properties and am a HUD Selling Broker. In appraising, I am called on many times to perform retroactive appraisals and review work. I enjoy the process of learning the story of each home. I am not a high pressure Realtor.
