Brian has been in the Real Estate industry since 2009, where he began as a field manager, walking through thousands of properties for bank evaluations, aka, Broker Price Opinions or mini appraisals. He was able to gain knowledge of every type of house in the West Michigan area and what goes into evaluating the current market value of those properties. He received his Real Estate License in 2014. Over his years, he has done thousands of BPO’s for the bank and now is an expert in evaluating a home’s value. Brian never stopped educating himself once he was a licensed agent. He received his Graduate Real Institute certificate, in 2017, and parlayed that into his Associate Brokers License in the summer of 2017. He also has an IREP (International Real Estate Professional) designation. In 2023 he had the privilege to be part of GREATER REGIONAL ALLIANCE OF REALTORS®LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (GRARLA) where he was able to sharpen his tools even more.
