Hi, Im Jacob JD Davis, founder and principal broker of Pointe Advantage in Grosse Pointe Park. I work with buyers and sellers across the Grosse Pointes, St. Clair Shores and Detroits east side, from first homes to lakefront properties. Before starting Pointe Advantage, I led corporate relocation at HRC Realty Group (Coldwell Banker and Century 21). When a relocation company sent someone moving to Michigan, my team owned that move from the first call to closing day. It showed me what clients need from an agent, and most of it comes down to communication and follow-through. Thats how I work now. You hear from me directly on every showing, offer and inspection, and nothing gets handed off to a junior agent. Ive closed more than $50 million in residential and commercial real estate. I got my license in 2015 and learned the business at my grandmothers brokerage in Marshall. Off the clock, Im golfing, working on a project car or hanging out with my son.
