Janna Syrene is the best, most professional, amazing realtor I have ever worked with. I have the utmost respect for her. Not only does she truly care, she has vast experience and knows the real estate business like no other. Her morals, ethics and standards are beyond anyone I know. She is thorough, persistent, strong and pleasant. I have aspirations of becoming a realtor one day and only hope that I can be a fraction of Janna. She was my realtor when purchasing and selling a home for me. Both experiences were flawless. She's amazing!

I selected Janna due to her strong track record. Our home had been rented out for over 10 years after we were relocated out of state, and needed a lot of work to make it marketable. When I returned to Maine to perform most of this work, Janna was exceptionally helpful recommending home improvement actions, paint colors, and contractors. Her suggestion of preinspection was particularly beneficial. Janna was easy to work with; she provided suggestions and opinions but never insisted we take a particular course of action. She was committed and ready to work with us from the beginning and did not stop working until we closed. In fact, when an HVAC issue cropped up at the last minute, she convinced the buyers to trust our assurance we would get the issue fixed (which it was) and proceed with closing as scheduled! She went above and beyond on many occasions, she made us feel like we were prized clients! I highly recommend Janna and her team!

Janna came into our home very sociable, kind, caring, listened to everything we had to say and put our house up within a few days. Less than two weeks later we sold and purchased our homes. We are forever thankful for Janna who worked so hard and diligently. She is a real super woman and we highly recommend her to anyone who is either buying or selling a home. She made us feel special and relaxed during those stressful times. Whenever we had any questions, whether during the day, evening or weekend, she always was ready and able to answer them. Janna works hard to get the best possible results for you; she listens, guides you but doesnt adamantly say it has to be this way. Very easy to deal with; I didnt feel pressured into anything and she explains things well. And Kudos to her office staff; enjoyed working with them very much. I felt like she had my back! Would I use her again...you bet I would.
