According to statistics that I read, the average real estate agent does 13 to 15 transactions per year. I have have a full time partner so statistically we should be averaging 26 to 30 transaction per year. For the past five years we have averaged 95 transactions per year. We make ourselves available to work around our clients schedules the best we can

About Norman

About
I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1999. I started part time while I was teaching children with special needs which I did for 30 of my 32 year teaching career. My wife and I have been married for 52 years so you can understand why she doesn't mind that I am available to work 7 days a week. As a matter of fact I am highly encouraged to get out of the house and go to work. All joking aside I enjoy helping and guiding people who are making , in most cases, the largest purchase they will ever make and I really feel that I have a moral obligation to do everything in my power to make sure they are fully informed before spending that kind of money.

Overview

My first priority is to provide honesty to all people involved in a real estate transaction. My family has lived in this area for many generations, and that in itself gives me reason to protect the family name by providing the most honest service.

Royce Rankin . sold a home in ELIOTSVLE TWP

I made an enquiry on the internet as I had decided to sell a property on Big Greenwood Pond that my family had owned over 50 years. I had other realtors call but Norm was the first and took an immediate interest in assisting me. We met on a Thursday to appraise the property. It sold in four days at the asking price which was more than I thought it would be. Norm handled everything to my satisfaction.

He called within a few minutes of entering my information on the site. Came out next day. didn't seem very interested in selling the property. Told me he "would try to sell, not a very good area" Said he would send copy of paperwork, Monday had to call associate. The start & end date of the contract were the same. I was going to cancel contract, but he got a call before I could.Posted 1 photo w/ map I sent. He called:1)with an offer,2)said the buyers agent would do paperwork:3)After 5 wks asked who I wanted to do escrow: 4)would I be at escrow:5)papers for closing &mail. He didn't understand I wanted funds transferred no ck. I dropped off info and filled out papers at Jenna Chapman Law who told me Norm would not get info and said they could call me. Jenna Chapman Law did most of the work on this sale. Norm did show up to the signing to get his check though. Norm Prounty is by far the worst realtor I have encountered. He should consider retiring, so others don't have to do his work.
