In addition to being a Realtor, I was the principal of a small home building company in Frederick, MD. I have sold homes both for my building company and for a national home builder. I was the broker of record for a national builder in MD, PA and DC. I was responsible the marketing the builders' homes and communities to the real estate community. I understand the value of marketing and staging. I have worked for banks, marketing REOs for sales as well as pricing them. Chris Nagel has over 19 years experience in the real estate industry. He is licensed in the state of Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with a B.A. in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Chris joined Coakley Realty in late 2010 to incorporate a team concept with his partner Michael P. Rose and his 30 years of real estate experience. Previously with Weichert Realtors Chris was inducted into the Weichert Realtors Ambassadors club for his sales volume and was also ranked among the top 5 Realtors in the region for buyer's representation in 2009/2010. He is an accredited member of CRS (Certified Residential Specialists). He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR) and the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCARR). Chris has sold properties throughout the sate of Maryland in addition to Virginia and Washington DC.
