Eric was born in Columbia, MD and attended Howard County public schools. He attended James Madison University and received his BBA in Marketing. Eric began his real estate career In 2003 and teamed up with The Creig Northrop Team of Long and Foster in 2008. Eric quickly became a top producer of a team that went on to becoming the #1 selling team in the entire nation 3 times! Eric is now a founding partner of The Group, which has been the top producing team in the brokerage in sales and volume since 2018! Eric is also an experienced real estate investor, who owns several rental properties; and who bought, renovated and sold many other properties as well. He believes in honesty, a quick response time, attentive follow-up, and looking out for his client’s best interest. He applies his expert negotiating skills, knowledge and experience to his client’s best advantage. Eric believes in treating everyone he deals with as his own family. He is happily married, and a father of three.

I have worked in the housing industry since 1998. I started at Lowe's Home Improvement where I worked my way up from Floor Associate to Store Manager in 4 years. I have always been customer-focused; I believe that is what separates me from the rest. I started selling Real Estate in 2004 and have loved every minute of it. In 2012, I started Drewer Team, Inc and hired a full time licensed assistant. I have over 1000 personal transactions under my belt and currently run a team of 12 Realtors, serving the Baltimore Metro area. I volunteer on several Boards, including Maryland Realtors and the Million Dollar Real Estate Association. I served as the President for the Harford County Board of Realtors.
